Rachel is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She graduated cum laude with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2014 from Trinity Washington University. She began her nursing career at Georgetown University Hospital in the post-anaesthesia care unit. Throughout her nursing career Rachel has worked in critical and emergency care, trauma, hospice and perioperative services. In 2018 Rachel obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing-FNP from Chamberlain University with high distinction. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate from Frontier Nursing University. She is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Rachel has a passion for primary, palliative and hospice care. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, teaching and traveling.
